Carolina Mountains Literary Festival

Things are a little slow over the summer. I just returned from two weeks in Edinburgh, Scotland. What a beautiful place!

My next scheduled appearance will be at the Carolina Mountains Literary Festival. I will be speaking about FLYING OVER WATER, the book I co-wrote with N.H. Senzai on September 9 at 9:00 am. You can read more about the event here:

As part of the festival, I will also be doing some school visits. The organizers were able to secure a grant to purchase seventy-five copies of my book, SHE SANG FOR THE MOUNTAINS.

And finally, I am waiting on an editorial letter for my next novel which will be published in 2024. We’re planning to make the formal announcement when my literary agent returns from vacation. Did I mention this is a slow time of year?

I am planning a last hurrah to summer with a trip to the beach. Stay cool until August!
