A Visit to GG’s Library

On January 10th, I traveled to Prosperity, SC to an adorable little bookstore called GG’s Library.

 

 

I also finished edits on my next picture book biography and it has a name change. Announcing, They Called Him George, George Masa Photographer, Immigrant, Adopted Son. This one is under contract with Reycraft, though the pub date hasn’t been announced yet.

I also wrote a book proposal and subbed a new manuscript. Fingers crossed for good news on From the Mountains to the Sea–The Story of Ella Costner, Poet Laureate of the Smokies.

My next appearance will be on March 16th at the North Carolina Reading Association Conference. I’ll be on a middle grade author’s panel and showcasing my novel, Wild Mountain Ivy.
